This is an unexpected turn of events, as in an interview with PLAY Magazine (<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/star-wars-jedi-survivor-ps4-xbox-one\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">as reported by Game Rant<\/a>) game director Stig Asmussen had previously stated that <em>Jedi: Survivor<\/em> was skipping last-gen consoles to ensure a &#8220;true new-gen experience in the <em>Star Wars<\/em> universe.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The financial report points to <em>Star Wars Jedi<\/em> and <em>FIFA<\/em> as the catalysts for its first-quarter performance. It highlights that in addition to attracting millions of players globally, <em>Jedi: Survivor<\/em> is also \u201cseeing players spend more time in-game than its predecessor.\u201d <em>FIFA<\/em> was noted for \u201cdelivering a record Q1 for the franchise,\u201d and this comes as the series undergoes massive rebranding following the end of EA\u2019s partnership with <em>FIFA<\/em>. The next entry in the series will be titled <em>EA Sports FC 24<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.destructoid.com\/ea-respawn-working-on-jedi-survivor-fixes-star-wars-pc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Respawn has continually been working on the game<\/a> since its launch, with patches being released to improve performance on all gaming platforms.
